FundedSlots provides technology-based trading evaluation, training and performance-assessment programmes through a simulated trading environment. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable product documentation, trading activity performed through FundedSlots is simulated. It does not involve the execution of real market orders or the investment of the User's funds.

This Risk Disclosure forms part of the FundedSlots Terms of Service and applicable product rules. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the risks described below.

Trading financial instruments, including foreign exchange, CFDs, futures and other leveraged products, can involve substantial risk when conducted in live markets. Prices can move rapidly and unpredictably because of market conditions, economic events, geopolitical developments, liquidity conditions, interest rates, news and other factors.

FundedSlots programmes operate in a simulated environment. Simulated or hypothetical performance has inherent limitations and does not constitute a record of actual market trading.

Each FundedSlots product may have specific trading objectives, loss limits, exposure limits, trading restrictions, prohibited strategies and other conditions.

Failure to comply with applicable rules may result in failure of an evaluation, restriction or termination of an Account, cancellation of results, or loss of eligibility for Performance Rewards.

Users are responsible for understanding the rules applicable to the product they purchase before commencing trading activity.

Access to the Services may depend on internet connections, servers, trading platforms, data feeds, software, APIs, payment processors, verification providers and other third parties.

Technical interruptions, latency, data-feed discrepancies, software defects, connectivity failures, maintenance, cyber incidents or third-party outages may affect the availability or operation of the Services.

FundedSlots does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or permanent availability of any platform, integration or data feed.

Market data, charts, prices, indicators, news, educational materials and other information made available through the Services may be incomplete, delayed, approximate or affected by technical limitations.

Such information is provided for informational and/or educational purposes only. Users remain solely responsible for their decisions and use of the information.

The availability of FundedSlots products may vary according to the User's country, residence, citizenship, applicable laws, sanctions, third-party requirements and product-specific restrictions.

Users are responsible for determining whether they are legally permitted to access and use the Services in their jurisdiction.

FundedSlots may restrict or deny access where required for legal, regulatory, compliance, sanctions, fraud-prevention, payment-processing or operational reasons.
