Such checks may be performed at registration or later during the User relationship, including before progression to a Funded Stage or payment of a Performance Reward.
The Terms of Service expressly permit such compliance procedures and the sharing of information with necessary third parties for these purposes.

We may analyse simulated trading activity, performance, trading patterns, risk exposure and related account information for evaluation, programme integrity, fraud prevention, research, analytics, service improvement and compliance purposes.
Where permitted by applicable law, information may be aggregated or otherwise analysed without directly identifying individual Users.
